Hey, I’m Phil.
Certified fitness coach, yoga teacher, strength & conditioning specialist — but above all, a lifelong movement and wellness enthusiast.
I created Phil’s Class with one clear mission:
To help you feel great in your body and in your life, while learning exciting things about yourself along the way.
What I offer isn’t just about sweating on a mat.
It’s about exploring your body, discovering your strengths and limitations, and growing step by step.
With me, you’re not just following a program — you’re part of an adventure.


MY STORY

It all started with a passion for sports, movement, and the desire to understand how the human body truly works.
Over the years, I earned multiple certifications — in coaching, physical preparation, yoga, and training science — while expanding my experience through travels, courses, and most importantly… hands-on practice.
But I was looking for more than just a job.
I wanted to create a space where people can learn, grow, and reconnect with themselves — through movement, knowledge, and mindful practice.
That’s how Phil’s Class was born: a project at the crossroads of fitness, yoga, education, and human connection.
Today, I’m proud to share that vision with you — through workouts, challenges, exclusive content, and a community that moves forward together.
