I’m Philippe – a certified fitness coach in France and a yoga teacher with nearly 15 years of experience. Passionate about movement, health, well-being, and performance, I’ve earned multiple certifications in physical training, nutrition, and yoga.
I’ve had the chance to work with several fitness clubs in France and Germany before launching my own company.
Today, I work with corporate clients, offer personal training sessions at home, and collaborate with other professionals to create impactful, high-quality classes.
I’ve always been a multipotential person: athlete, teacher, creative… and also highly sensitive. I’ve personally struggled with anxiety — which led me to explore real, lasting solutions and share them with sincerity.

In this first week, you’ll be guided through a foundational practice designed to relieve stress and anxiety. Using simple, accessible postures and a targeted breathing technique, you’ll begin to build a calming and effective daily routine.
You will also explore the three fundamental principles of Yin Yoga—an ideal approach to slow down, release tension, and create a sense of inner peace. This style of yoga is accessible to everyone, even if you’ve never practiced yoga before, and it adapts to your unique body and needs.
Two sequences are offered this week: one for the morning to start your day with grounding and clarity, and one for the evening to help you deeply relax and prepare for restful sleep. You’ll discover the functional approach to yoga, which encourages practicing in a way that respects your own anatomy, helping you avoid unnecessary tension and injury. This is the true spirit of Yin Yoga—centered on letting go and being fully present.
Finally, you’ll be introduced to natural abdominal breathing, free of chest tension, effort, or hyperventilation. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to deepen your understanding, you’ll also discover the foundations of yoga: its origins, its essential components (postures, breathwork, meditation), the various modern styles of yoga, and a deep dive into the eight limbs of yoga… and much more to explore!
This week, we deepen our Yin Yoga practice with a session designed to be simple, accessible, and fully portable — no props needed. Whether you’re at home, traveling, or on a break, you’ll be able to practice anywhere, at your own pace, and in total autonomy.
You’ll explore a sequence of slow, grounded postures, held in stillness to promote:
Letting go of physical and mental tension
Improved joint mobility
A return to a deep, peaceful inner state
This second session focuses on forward bends, gentle back openings, and targeted stretches for the hips and glutes — areas often linked to emotional tension and nervous system overload. It’s a moment to slow down, reconnect with your breath, and cultivate presence with kindness.
You’ll also practice a hip-opening routine to support flexibility and emotional release.
In the theory sessions, you will:

Explore the chakra system
Practice breathing techniques to support mental clarity, focus, and emotional regulation

Assess your Stress Level in 2 MinutesThis week, we continue to explore the richness of Yin Yoga with new postures that bring fresh sensations to your body and mind — because with Yin, there’s always something new to feel.
You’ll begin a full-body energy reset, working along the body’s main meridians — pathways inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine. This sequence helps rebalance your energy system, release hidden tension, and reconnect with your inner rhythm.
You'll also discover a deeply calming Yoga Nidra session — a guided yogic relaxation ideal for the evening or any stressful day.
Try not to fall asleep… unless your body really needs it 😉
(Many of my students fall asleep within minutes — and that’s perfectly fine!)

This week, you’ll also discover techniques used by experienced yoga teachers to:

Progress in flexibility at your own pace, without force or pressure
You’ll be encouraged to start building your own Yin Yoga class, and even explore how to adapt sequences in other styles of yoga. The goal? Autonomy, confidence, and creativity in your personal practice.
